This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from VaultLabs ("we", "us", "our") at vaultlabs.dev, including the Krea2 Image Kit, Video Motion Control, SCAIL-2 Video Motion Control, and Full System products.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Because our products are delivered as digital files and workflows with instant access, we cannot reclaim access once it has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
This applies regardless of whether you've viewed, downloaded, or made use of the Content — access itself is the delivery of the product.
Unlike physical goods, our products cannot be "returned." Once you have access to the workflows, tutorials, and prompt libraries included in your tier, that value has been delivered and cannot be revoked or unlearned. This policy keeps pricing fair for everyone and reflects the nature of digital education products.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you purchased — for example, a broken download link, a login issue, or a missing workflow file — contact us at hello@vaultlabs.dev and we will resolve it promptly. Technical support is not a substitute for a refund and does not affect this policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate termination of your access to all purchased Content, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
